• Offer goodwill pricing Fair, compassionate rates for essential repairs when a family is in crisis.

• Communicate clearly Explain repairs in plain language, with no surprises.

• Treat every family with dignity Respect, patience, and compassion — always.

• Document repairs transparently Photos, notes, and clear invoices so families and donors know exactly what was done.

Road Keepers agrees to:

• Send priority referrals Families who need honest help are matched to your shop.

• Provide parts support when needed When a repair is essential but a family can’t afford components.

• Coordinate volunteers Rides, communication, and family support handled by our team.

• Protect your time We only send cases that fit your shop’s capabilities and schedule.

• Promote your shop as a trusted partner Community recognition for doing the right thing.
